How refunds are processed at MOFA.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours of the returned item passing quality check and reflect in your account in 5–7 working days.
COD advance refunds
For cancelled or returned COD orders, the ₹130 advance is refunded to the original payment method, subject to the return being approved.
Failed deliveries
Repeated refusal of a confirmed COD delivery may result in the advance being adjusted against shipping costs.
